Alex Broome

Alex Broome is the VP of Sales for ReShield where he is responsible for sourcing new clients and providing insurance policies to Commercial Real Estate owners and operators. Prior to joining ReShield, Alex was a member of the Arena Investors Real Estate Investment Team. Alex focused on underwriting high-yield bridge loans, B-notes, mezzanine loans and preferred equity on all real estate asset types. Alex also worked as an analyst in The Bancorp Bank’s Real Estate CMBS and bridge lending group responsible for underwriting, securitization, and asset management. Alex received a BA in International Economics and Political Development from the University of Michigan, as well as a Business Minor from the Ross School of Business.

Brendan O’Connor

VP of Operations

Brendan O’Connor is the VP of Operations for ReShield where he is responsible for all internal processes including broking and managing renewal business. Prior to joining the ReShield team, Brendan was a Senior Analyst on the Founder Shield team, helping to service the book of business and establish data management systems. Brendan received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Villanova University, as well as a Minor in Philosophy and Irish Studies.
